Other than the Narrow Gage, all Carrabassett Valley mountain bike trails are officially closed to riding. The freeze thaw cycle we seem to be stuck with right now is leaving the trails unpredictably soft and they will be damaged if ridden. Once things freeze and become white for the season some trails will reopen for winter fatbiking.
